Vice President, Client Services

As the growth of Sentrx accelerates, we seek a Vice President of Client Services. This senior level position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the relationship of Sentrx with the pharmaceutical companies it serves.

The Vice President of Client Services directs a team of Account Executives that are the interface between Sentrx and its clients. He or she will lead, motivate, train and optimize not only Client Services staff to efficiently support outsourced pharmacovigilance services, but also peers and their staff to achieve client satisfaction and profitability in a matrix environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a BA or BS in Operations Management, Business Administration, or natural sciences and at least five years of client leadership experience in a regulated operations environment. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
