SURVEYTRAK™ INTERVIEWER

SurveyTrak™ Interviewer provides the framework to create and administer medical interviews, surveys and questionnaires. It enables Guidance & Surveillance programs that actively seek health and safety outcomes while accommodating the individual needs and preferences of participants.

SurveyTrak™ Interviewer ensures that study objectives are met with a brief yet thorough questionnaire. Advanced logic allows key responses to trigger the next appropriate set of questions. If an answer is unexpected or out of range, follow-up and clarification questions are presented immediately. If an AE is reported during the interview, EventTrak™ Reporter is initiated to capture case details.

SurveyTrak™ Interviewer is used by Sentrx Safety Monitors to collect safety outcomes by phone from participants. It also can be deployed in our ultra-secure Web environment so participants have the option to self-administer the survey. Whichever method is used, the information is captured in the same secure database, providing real-time data access for reporting and analysis.
