Jim McGrath

Jim’s our infrastructure guy. He manages all of the connectivity, security, access, and operations related to ensuring our clients can access their data 365/24/7, remotely, globally, and quickly. From his role leading the Sentrx infrastructure group and client support organization, Jim brings the project management and planning needed to drive system upgrades, migrations, and new installations. He’s got his hands directly on the administration, operations, and support of our data centers and enables our secure hosting. Physical security, the LAN, the WAN, firewalls, servers, and email systems, as well as our world-class Citrix environment and components including SSL, VPN remote access, backup systems, telephony systems, and workstations all fall under Jim’s direction. A 1984 graduate of RIT, we were first exposed to Jim’s approach through an engagement with Novartis. Suffice it to say, we were impressed. You will be too.

Michael handles all aspects of our financial operations, but it’s his experience as a leader in several technology-focused organizations similar to Sentrx that makes him unique. His experience as CFO at VirtualEdge Corporation, an innovator in the field of talent lifecycle management solutions, as well as his work at Opti-Pay and Princeton eCom all enable Mike to be at the center of our commitment to develop and support technology-based solutions in PV, risk management, safety systems, and their related workflows. Mike’s commitment drives him to pay close attention to client’s technology needs, attend industry conferences, and interface heavily with our business partners, remaining consistently associated with a variety of executive sponsorship roles related to critical aspects of our business.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Saldarini currently serves on the boards of Cadient Group, Octagon Clinical Research Solutions, and Informed Medical Communications, as well as on the Board of Visitors at Syracuse University and the Board of Advisors at Anisfield School of Business at Ramapo College, New Jersey. Chuck’s proven success building the infrastructure, systems, and talent needed for growth led him to be selected as Sentrx CEO in 2009. A pure pharmacovigilance systems specialist with over 15 years of experience providing technical direction and support for the technology infrastructure, Vernon is one of the Sentrx TSG team who drives delivery of the final product. Tapping his experience at sponsors such as Pfizer, he’s run ARGUS, ArisG, Empirica™ Trace and is certified in Axway Synchrony Gateway Interchange 5.5. The real benefit of working with Vernon is his excellence in end-user training and support. Attracting, retaining, bringing on board and assimilating top PV professionals, and governing our performance appraisal system are just some of the core areas where Anna Zdep focuses her energy for Sentrx. Anna joined us back in 2001 after gaining her industry bona fides at Novartis. Since then, she has developed in-depth knowledge about which types of talent work successfully in a client services environment and which don’t. It’s a critical skill for us and one we use constantly to judge the hundreds of PV candidates that contact Sentrx annually, looking for opportunities with our various safety teams, Medical Communications Center, and the Sentrx Technology Services Group. With a Bachelor of Science in environmental and business economics from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in human resources management, Anna offers clients the assurance of a professional staff environment, one grounded in more than 16 years diversified pharmaceutical industry and human resource experience.
