Safety Response Center Monitor

If you're a licensed healthcare professional, use your medication knowledge and communications skills to answer phone calls regarding medical inquiries, product complaints and adverse events from physicians, pharmacists and patients. You'll need a caring yet professional manner on the telephone and be able to use computer technology to respond quickly and document the details of your interactions.

The ideal candidate will have call center experience in a regulated healthcare environment. Excellent written communications skills and attention to detail are required.
