The Proper Response Is At Hand

Manage intake and response to MIs and PCsResponseTrak™ Advisor manages the intake of and responses to medical inquiries (MIs) and product complaints (PCs). It is a browser-based application built upon the concept of personal worklists, which are continually updated as tasks flow to the responsible Sentrx or client personnel and are completed.

ResponseTrak™ Advisor is unique among medical information applications, because it recognizes the close link between MI/PC handling and drug safety. It provides fields to identify when one or more adverse events (AEs) are reported in the medical inquiry or product complaint and cross-references those AEs to the client's safety database.

Each call or fax is logged in as a case, and each case may have multiple MIs, PCs or AEs associated with it. This ensures that each item can be linked to the initial point of contact. Through its user-friendly interface, ResponseTrak Advisor:

  • Captures the verbatim MI or PC from the requestor/reporter
  • Categorizes the inquiry or complaint
  • Mines the knowledgebase on keywords
  • Provides approved verbal and written responses to questions and requests for information
  • Provides a pre-defined course of action for product complaints based on their categorization
  • Tracks the progress of each task through completion in worklists
  • Controls editing, approval and versioning of verbal and written responses
  • Utilizes an action matrix to easily configure implied tasks and workflow
  • Provides an auditable record of all contacts and responses
  • Exports data into standard formats for reporting
  • Allows responsibilities to be shared across Sentrx and client staff based on SOPs and workflows
