ONTRAK™ CONTROLLER

OnTrak™ Controller manages the enrollment of participants into your risk management program, schedules their interactions, and controls the prescribing and distribution of restricted products. Its browser-based interface and deployment flexibility maximizes patient and health care professional participation and minimizes labor costs.

Once OnTrak™ Controller is configured to meet the requirements of your specific risk management program, interested patients, consumers, or health care professionals phone toll-free into the Sentrx Safety Response Center or log on to the program Website to enroll. Registrants provide the required demographic and contact information, and OnTrak™ Controller creates a unique patient and physician ID number. It can also import lists from other systems. From this point, the system enables the level of risk intervention needed:

Provides access to training on benefits, risks and proper use Records the progress of each registrant

Guidance & Surveillance

Presents informed consents and attestations to be executed Stores documents in registrant’s electronic record Allows registrant to schedule medical interviews at their convenience Provides Safety Monitor with queue of calls and manages their workload Launches SurveyTrak™ Interviewer
