Louis M. Marinaccio
Chief Operating Officer
Louis Marinaccio has more than 25 years of operations, reengineering, and financial management experience. He joined Sentrx in 2008 as Chief Operating Officer to lead the Operations and Client Services organizations after consulting with the company on quality initiatives for more than a year.
Previously, Louis was Managing Partner and President of C-Level Advisors/Mainstreet Marketing Group for five years. While serving as Interim Chief Marketing and Operations Officer of a $500 million managed care company, Louis implemented operational improvements in both the processing and customer contact centers. He also led the call center operational review of a $125 million transcription services company to increase productivity and quality.
Prior to that, Louis was Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations for WebMD. During his tenure, Louis improved customer service, reengineered enrollment processing, and reduced new-client implementation time by 400 percent.
Within the healthcare insurance industry, Louis was Vice President of the Customer and Financial Operations Division of Oxford Health Plans. There he led the successful turn-around of 15 operating units, implementing daily metric reporting, process controls, productivity and accuracy goals, and incentive-based compensation at all levels of the organization. For Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Louis was Director of Customer Service Operations & Internal Consulting, where he reengineered the company's business processes, reduced costs, improved efficiency, and increased customer satisfaction.
Louis' dedication to process optimization began when he was promoted from Manager of Strategic Planning to Director of Reengineering/Quality at KPMG. There he designed and implemented a world-class customer satisfaction measurement process and directed the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award application, resulting in a prestigious site visit.
Louis began his career with several positions in financial planning and analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Susquehanna University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Adelphi University.
