Intake and Management of AEs and product complaintsEventTrak™ Reporter is a browser-based tool for the intake and management of adverse events (AEs) and product complaints. Configured specifically for your products and workflow, EventTrak™ Reporter improves the quality of case reports by maximizing their completeness and consistency during the initial encounter with the reporter and enabling the active query process.

EventTrak™ Reporter provides an intelligent form with built-in structure and logic that guides case intake. To ensure accuracy and standardization, all medications are referenced to the WHODrug dictionary and medical terms mapped to a common dictionary such as MedDRA. Error checking and missing data routines assist in capturing as much high-quality information as possible before the initial reporter is disengaged. EventTrak™ Reporter can also generate narratives automatically based on preprogrammed style templates.

EventTrak™ Reporter is implemented within the Sentrx Safety Response Center in support of your project. It can also be made available to physicians, pharmacists, patients, as well as to sponsor sales representatives, affiliates and licensees, to report adverse events via the Web.
