Director of Operations

Sentrx is passionate about meeting its commitments to clients. Because the growth of our client base is accelerating, we seek a Director of Operations. This hands-on position will be responsible for the people, processes and technology that make Sentrx the leader in global drug safety.

The Director of Operations will assign work to appropriate resources, ensure turnaround times are met, and have a keen focus on quality. He or she will help to define and implement new technology solutions and identify process improvements to support the Sentrx Global Drug Safety Network of pharmacovigilance professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a B.A. or B.S. degree, a strong operations management background in a regulated field, and experience in transaction processing and managing staff. Experience in drug safety and/or clinical operations is highly desirable.
