Keeping Safety on the Right Track
 CaseTrak™ Conductor is a workflow and tracking tool. It manages paper forms that are mailed, faxed and printed in support of clinical and post-marketing AE reporting or data migration projects, ensuring that the status of every case is known throughout its lifecycle.
Within the Sentrx Safety Response Center, your workflow is mapped in CaseTrak™ Conductor according to the Standard Operating Procedures developed during the initiation phase of your engagement. Each step is assigned to Sentrx staff and their backup from the trained project team.
When a Sentrx Safety Monitor intakes a new AE case on your company’s behalf, your unique workflow is engaged. Information regarding the case is entered into CaseTrak™ Conductor, and the paper form is given a barcode. Each time another step in the process is completed, the barcode is scanned to record the status.
CaseTrak™ Conductor provides each team member with an electronic case management dashboard that displays the status of his or her assignments. It alerts the responsible party to an approaching deadline for action. Sentrx project managers and operations management view a summary of all cases and alarms for which they are responsible and can drill down into individual case details.
